A North Carolina native, David was born and raised on the Outer Banks. David earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and his law degree at Campbell University. He has been in private practice since 1994 and is the managing partner for the firm's Raleigh office. An avid drag racer, David has written articles on the importance of adequate insurance coverage and appropriate legal representation for several racing industry publications. Always on the cutting edge of trial practice, he is an active member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, Wake County Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association and the Tenth Judicial District Bar of North Carolina.
